جدایی قانونی
جدایی قانونی، توافقی است که بهموجب آن یک زوج متاهل جدا از هم زندگی میکنند و زندگی جداگانهای را پی میگیرند. این جدایی برای زمانی است که طرفین از وضعیت ازدواج خود اطمینان ندارند، ولی تمایل دارند مرزهای مالی و مسئولیتهایی مانند جدایی داراییها، حضانت افراد تحت تکفل و حمایت از فرزندان را ایجاد کنند. جدایی قانونی جایگزین مطلوبی برای طلاق است.
