اخراج (تعلیق کارکنان مازاد)
اخراج، خاتمه موقت یا دائم اشتغال (کارکنان) توسط کارفرما بهدلیلی غیر مرتبط با عملکرد آنها است.
زمانیکه شرکتها قصد کاهش هزینهها را دارند، بهدلیل کاهش تقاضا برای محصولات یا خدمات خود، تعطیلی فصلی یا در دوران رکود اقتصادی، کارکنان را اخراج میکنند. هنگامیکه کارکنان اخراج میشوند، تمام دستمزدها و مزایای شرکت را از دست میدهند اما مشمول شرایط دریافت بیمه بیکاری یا غرامت میشوند.
Layoff
A layoff is the temporary or permanent termination of employment by an employer for reasons unrelated to the employee's performance.
Employees may be laid off when companies aim to cut costs, due to a decline in demand for their products or services, seasonal closure, or during an economic downturn. When laid off, employees lose all wages and company benefits but qualify for unemployment insurance or compensation.
