تراست زمین
تراست زمین، یک نهاد قانونی است که به درخواست مالک ملک، مالکیت یا کنترل یک قطعه ملک را در اختیار میگیرد. تراستهای زمین امانتدار های زندهای هستند که مجازند مدیریت اموال را تا زمان زنده بودن مالک در اختیار داشته باشند. مانند سایر انواع تراستها، شرایط هر تراست زمین نیز منحصر بهفرد است و میتواند براساس نیازهای فردی تنظیم شود.
