شیوهنامه کیوتو
شیوهنامه کیوتو، یک توافق بین المللی بود که هدف آن کاهش انتشار دی اکسید کربن (CO2) و وجود گازهای گلخانه ای (GHG) در جو بود. اعتقاد اصلی پروتکل کیوتو این بود که کشورهای صنعتی باید میزان انتشار (CO2) خود را کاهش دهند.
این پروتکل در سال 1997 در کیوتو، ژاپن به تصویب رسید هنگامی که گازهای گلخانه ای به سرعت آب و هوا، و زندگی روی زمین و سیاره ما را تهدید می کرد.
Kyoto Protocol
The Kyoto Protocol was an international agreement that aimed to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and the presence of greenhouse gases (GHG) in the atmosphere. The essential tenet of the Kyoto Protocol was that industrialized nations needed to lessen the amount of their CO2 emissions.
The protocol was adopted in Kyoto, Japan in 1997, when greenhouse gases were rapidly threatening our climate, life on the earth, and the planet.
