اوراق قرضه کانگورو نوعی اوراق قرضه خارجی است که در بازار کشور استرالیا توسط شرکت های غیر استرالیایی و به واحد پول استرالیا، منتشر میشود. این اوراق تابع مقررات اوراق بهادار استرالیا است. اوراق قرضه کانگورو به عنوان "اوراق قرضه ماتیلدا" نیز شناخته میشود.
