سهام بدون اولویت
سهام جونیور، سهامی است که توسط شرکتی منتشر میشود و از نظر حقوق مالکیت، در انتهای نردبان اولویت قرار دارد. صاحبان آن آخرین افرادی هستند که در صف دریافتهای معینی مانند سود سهام یا بازپرداخت های مربوط به ورشکستگی هستند.
سهام عادی نوعی از سهام بدون اولویت است. این سهام نسبت به سهام بدون اولویت یا سهام ممتاز، سهام فرعی در نظر گرفته میشود.
Junior Equity
Junior equity is stock issued by a company that ranks at the bottom of the priority ladder in terms of ownership rights. Its owners are the last in line to receive certain payouts, such as dividends or reimbursements in cases of bankruptcy.
Common stock is a type of junior equity. It is considered subordinate, or junior, to preferred stock.
