سازمان مالیاتی (IRS)
سازمان مالیاتی (IRS)، یک سازمان دولتی در ایالاتمتحده است که مسئول وصول مالیاتها و اجرای قوانین مالیاتی مانند قانون فروش صوری، معاملات خرید و فروش یک روزه سهام است. این اداره که در سال 1862 توسط آبراهام لینکلن، رئیس جمهور وقت، ایجاد شد، زیر نظر وزارت خزانهداری ایالاتمتحده فعالیت میکند و هدف اصلی آن جمعآوری مالیات بردرآمد و مشاغل است. سازمان مالیاتی همچنین مالیات شرکتها، مالیات بر هدایا، مالیات غیر مستقیم و مالیات املاک و مستغلات را انجام میدهد.
Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is a U.S. government agency responsible for the collection of taxes and enforcement of tax laws (such as the wash sale rule). Established in 1862 by then-President Abraham Lincoln, the agency operates under the authority of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and its primary purpose is the collection of individual income taxes and employment taxes. The IRS also handles corporate, gift, excise, and estate taxes.
