حساب بازنشستگی انفرادی ارثی، حسابی است که زمانی افتتاح میشود که یک فرد، حساب بازنشستگی فردی یا طرح بازنشستگی تحت حمایت کارفرما را پس از فوت مالک اصلی به ارث میبرد. فردی که حساب بازنشستگی فردی را به ارث میبرد (ذینفع)، هر کسی ممکن است باشد؛ همسر، بستگان، شخص یا نهاد غیر مرتبط (کشور یا تراست). اما قوانین نحوه رسیدگی به حساب بازنشستگی فردی برای همسران و غیر همسران متفاوت است.
