بازار ناکارآمد (بازار غیرکارا)
بازار ناکارآمد، بر اساس نظریه اقتصادی، بازاری است که درآن قیمتهای دارایی بهطور صحیح ارزش واقعی آن را منعکس نمیکنند که این امر ممکن است به دلایل مختلفی روی دهد. عدم کارایی، اغلب منجر به زیانهای سنگین میشود. در واقع، بیشتر بازارها سطحی از عدم کارایی را نشان میدهند و در وضعیت شدید، بازار فاقد کارایی میتواند نمونهای از سقوط بازار باشد.
Inefficient Market
According to economic theory, an inefficient market is one in which an asset's prices do not accurately reflect its true value, which may occur for several reasons. Inefficiencies often lead to deadweight losses. In reality, most markets do display some level of inefficiencies, and in the extreme case an inefficient market can be an example of a market failure.
