اوراق قرضه مبتنی بر شاخص (اوراق قرضه وابسته به شاخص)
اوراق قرضه مبتنی بر شاخص، اوراق قرضهای است که در آن پرداخت سود حاصل از اصل قیمت اوراق به شاخص قیمت معینی، بهطور معمول شاخص قیمت مصرفکننده (CPI) مربوط میشود. این ویژگی با ارائه پوشش، از سرمایهگذاران در برابر تغییرات در شاخص پایه حفاظت میکند. جریانهای نقدی اوراق قرضه برای اطمینان از دریافت نرخ بازده واقعی شناخته شده توسط دارنده اوراق تعدیل میشوند.
Index-Linked Bond
An index-linked bond is a bond in which payment of interest income on the principal is related to a specific price index, usually the Consumer Price Index (CPI). This feature provides protection to investors by shielding them from changes in the underlying index. The bond's cash flows are adjusted to ensure that the holder of the bond receives a known real rate of return.
