صورت سود و زیان، یکی از سه صورتهای مالی مهم است که برای گزارش عملکرد مالی شرکت در یک دوره حسابداری خاص بهکار میرود. دو صورت کلیدی دیگر ترازنامه و صورت جریانهای نقدی میباشند.
