ساختار هاب و میله
ساختار هاب و میله، ساختاری است که توسط شرکتهای سرمایهگذاری برای گردآوری داراییها، کاهش هزینهها و بهبود کارایی استفاده میشود. چند ابزار سرمایهگذاری که هر کدام بهطور جداگانه مدیریت میشود، داراییهای خود را ترکیب و در تشکیل یک ابزار مرکزی مشارکت میکنند. این ساختار را میتوان ساختار تغذیه کننده اصلی نیز نامید.
Hub and Spoke Structure
Hub and spoke structures are used by investment companies to pool assets, cut costs and improve efficiency. Several investment vehicles, each remaining individually managed, combine their assets and contributing to one central vehicle. This can also be called a master-feeder structure.
