گیر مسکن (بیپولی بهدلیل اقساط مسکن)
گیر مسکن، اصطلاحی است که برای توصیف شخصی بهکار میرود که بخش زیادی از درآمد خود از جمله پرداخت رهن، مالیات بر دارایی، نگهداری و تاسیسات را صرف مالکیت خانه میکند. افراد در این شرایط، برای اقلام اختیاری خود دچار کمبود نقدینگی میشوند و بهطور معمول، در انجام سایر تعهدات مالی مانند پرداخت خودرو با مشکل مواجه میشوند.
