ودیعه مورد درخواست کارگزار، سطح حداقل سهام در حساب اعتباری مورد نیاز یک شرکت کارگزاری است. سطح مورد نیاز ودیعه مورد درخواست کارگزار بر مبنای استاندارد تعیین شده در مقررات T فدرال رزرو میباشد. صرفنظر از مقررات T، چنانچه استانداردهای شرکتهای کارگزاری بالاتر از استانداردهای T باشد، میتوانند میزان ودیعهها را تنظیم کنند.

A house maintenance requirement is the level of minimum margin account equity that is required by a brokerage firm. House maintenance requirement levels are based on the standards set out in Regulation T of the Federal Reserve. Regardless the T regulation, brokerage firms are free to adjust it if their standards are higher than that of T regulation.
