بازده دوره نگهداری (داراییها)
بازده دوره نگهداری، کل بازده دریافتی حاصل از نگهداری یک دارایی یا سبد داراییها در مدت زمانی است که بهعنوان دوره نگهداری شناخته میشود و بهطور معمول به صورت درصد بیان میشود. بازده دوره نگهداری بر مبنای بازده کل حاصل از دارایی یا سبد دارایی (درآمد به اضافه تغییر ارزش) محاسبه میشود.
Holding Period Return (Yield)
Holding period return is the total return received from holding an asset or portfolio of assets over a period of time, known as the holding period, generally expressed as a percentage. Holding period return is calculated on the basis of total returns from the asset or portfolio (income plus changes in value).
