اجاره بلندمدت (اجاره به شرط تملیک)
اجاره بلندمدت، قراردادی است که در آن مستاجر اجازه دارد در طول مدت اجاره، قطعهای از ملک را توسعه (ایجاد اصلاحات) دهد و پس از اتمام دوره اجاره، زمین و تمام امکانات ایجاد شده به مالک ملک واگذار میشود.

A ground lease is an agreement in which a tenant is permitted to develop a piece of property during the lease period, after which the land and all improvements are turned over to the property owner.
