دامنک ناخالص (هزینه انتشار اوراق بهادار، انتشار ناخالص)
دامنک ناخالص، پرداختی جبرانی است که پذیرهنویسان عرضه اولیه عمومی (IPO) دریافت میکنند. عرضه اولیه عمومی، فرایندی است که یک شرکت خصوصی را از طریق انتشار سهام به یک شرکت عام تبدیل میکند. دامنک ناخالص، تفاوت بین قیمت پذیرهنویسی دریافت شده توسط شرکت ناشر و قیمت واقعی پیشنهادی به سرمایهگذار عام است.
Gross Spread
The gross spread is the compensation that the underwriters of an initial public offering (IPO) receive. An IPO is the process of taking a private corporation public by issuing shares of stock. Gross spread is the difference between the underwriting price received by the issuing company and the actual price offered to the investing public.
