برگ سبز، سندی است که بهوسیله یک پذیرهنویس برای تهیه خلاصهای از مولفههای اصلی سهام جدید یا عرضه اولیه عمومی یک سهام (IPO) بهکار میرود. این اسناد فقط برای استفاده داخلی است و بهعنوان ابزار بازاریابی برای جلب علاقه نهادهای سرمایهگذاری و کارگزاران بالقوه آتی استفاده میشود.
