کمک بلاعوض دولتی، کمک مالی برای تامین مالی یک پروژه یا برنامه خاص است که از طرف دولت (فدرال) اعطا میشود. دولتهای ایالتی، محلی، شهرداریها و نیز افراد، شامل دریافت کنندگان این کمکها میباشند.
