اقتصاد طلایی (اشاره به اقتصاد ایالاتمتحده در اواسط و اواخر دهه 1990)
اقتصاد طلایی، اقتصادی به اندازه و معتدل که نه خیلی داغ (اقتصادی پر رونق) یا خیلی سرد (اقتصادی بیرونق) است. این نوع اقتصاد که نام آن برگرفته از داستان محبوب کودکان "گلدیلاکس و سه خرس" است، وضعیت مطلوب برای یک سیستم اقتصادی را توصیف میکند که در آن اشتغال کامل، ثبات اقتصادی و رشد پایدار وجود دارد. اقتصاد با میزان زیاد در حال گسترش یا انقباض نیست.
Goldilocks Economy
A Goldilocks economy is not too hot or too cold but just right—to steal a line from the popular children's story Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The term describes an ideal state for an economic system. In this perfect state, there is full employment, economic stability, and stable growth. The economy is not expanding or contracting by a large margin.
