هدیه امانی
هدیه امانی، یک توافق قانونی و امانی است که امکان اهدای غیر مستقیم داراییها را بهفرد ذینفع فراهم میکند. هدف از هدایای امانی، اجتناب از مالیات بر هدایایی است که بیش از حد مجاز (معافیت) سالانه مالیات هدیه میباشند. بهطور معمول، از این نوع امانات برای انتقال ثروت به نسل بعد استفاده میشود.
