اوراق قرضه قابل تبدیل، نوعی از اوراق قرضه است که با ارزی متفاوت از ارز داخلی ناشر اوراق منتشر میشود. به عبارت دیگر، پولی که توسط ناشر اوراق جذب میشود، به صورت ارز خارجی است.

A foreign currency convertible bond (FCCB) is a type of convertible bond issued in a currency different from the issuer's domestic currency. In other words, the money being raised by the issuing company is in the form of foreign currency.
