عامل سرمایهگذاری (فاکتور سرمایهگذاری)
عامل سرمایهگذاری، راهبردی است که اوراق بهادار را بر مبنای ویژگیهایی انتخاب میکند که با بازده بالاتر همراه باشند. عوامل کلان اقتصادی و عوامل سبک (روش)، دو نوع عامل اصلی سرمایهگذاری است که موجب بازده سهام، اوراق قرضه و عوامل دیگر میشود: اولی خطرات گستردهای را در کل گروههای دارایی دربرمیگیرد درحالیکه هدف دومی، توضیح بازدهی و ریسک در داخل گروههای دارایی است.
Factor Investing
Factor investing is a strategy that chooses securities on attributes that are associated with higher returns. There are two main types of factors that have driven returns of stocks, bonds, and other factors: macroeconomic factors and style factors. The former captures broad risks across asset classes while the latter aims to explain returns and risks within asset classes.
