جریان نقدی مازاد، اصطلاحی است که در توافقات وامها یا قراردادهای اوراق قرضه استفاده میشود و به بخشی از جریانهای نقدی شرکت اشاره دارد که باید به وام دهنده بازپرداخت شود.
