قرارداد دائم
قرارداد دائم، قراردادی است که پس از تاریخ انقضا، بهطور خودکار تمدید میشود. در این قرارداد، طرفین ذینفع توافق میکنند قرارداد تا زمانیکه یکی از طرفین برای فسخ آن اخطاریه نداده، بهطور خودکار ادامه یابد.
Evergreen Contract
An evergreen contract automatically renews after the expiry date. The parties involved in the contract agree that it rolls over automatically until one gives the notice to terminate it.
