بدهی رمزی (بدهی سری، بدهی مرموز)
بدهی رمزی، اصطلاحی برای اشاره به ابزار بدهی و نیز سرمایهگذاریهایی (موسوم به دارایی رمزی) است که به گونهای ساختار یافتهاند که تعداد کمی از افراد آن را بهطور کامل درک میکنند. بدهی رمزی، پیچیده است و امکان دارد محصولی از تبدیل دارایی به اوراق بهادار باشد یا به سادگی از طریق ترتیب مالی پیچیده ایجاد شود.
Esoteric Debt
Esoteric debt refers to debt instruments as well as other investments (called esoteric assets) that are structured in a way that few people fully understand. Esoteric debt is complex and can be a product of securitization, or simply arise through a complex financing arrangement.
