اختلاس
اختلاس، نوعی جرم است که به آن جرم یقه سفید (اشاره به کارکنان دفتری و اداری) اطلاق میشود که در آن، فرد یا نهاد از داراییهای سپرده شده به خود سوء استفاده میکند. در این نوع کلاهبرداری، اختلاس کننده بهطور قانونی داراییهایی کسب میکند و حق تصرف در آنها را دارد، اما از این داراییها برای مقاصد ناخواسته (از پیش برنامهریزی نشده) استفاده میکند.
Embezzlement
Embezzlement refers to a form of white-collar crime in which a person or entity misappropriates the assets entrusted to him or her. In this type of fraud, the embezzler attains the assets lawfully and has the right to possess them, but the assets are then used for unintended purposes.
