درآمد ناخالص موثر (EGI)
درآمد ناخالص موثر، درآمدی است که میتوان آن را با توجه به درآمد ناخالص بالقوه حاصل از ملک سرمایهگذاری، با اضافه کردن سایر اشکال درآمد تولید شده توسط آن ملک و کسر کردن زیانهای ناشی از خالی ماندن ملک و وصول مطالبات آن، محاسبه کرد.
Effective Gross Income (EGI)
EGI can be calculated by taking the potential gross income from an investment property, add other forms of income generated by that property, and subtracting vacancy and collection losses.
