اوراق بهادار اضطراری، از اوراق ابزارهای مالی هستند و شرکتی آن را منتشر میکند که در شرایط نزدیک به ورشکستگی یا در حال حاضر مشرف به ورشکستگی است. اوراق بهادار اضطراری میتواند شامل سهام عادی و ممتاز، بدهی بانکی، مطالبات تجاری و اوراق قرضه شرکتی باشد.
