تنزیل (تخفیف)
تنزیل، در تامین مالی و سرمایهگذاری به وضعیتی اطلاق میشود که اوراق بهادار با قیمتی کمتر از ارزش پایه یا ارزش ذاتی آن معامله شود. در معامله اوراق بهادار با درآمد ثابت، تنزیل زمانی روی میدهد که قیمت اوراق قرضه کمتر از ارزش اسمی معامله میشود، تنزیلی با اندازه تنزیل معادل تفاوت بین قیمت پرداختشده برای یک اوراق بهادار و ارزش اسمی آن.
