بازیافت استهلاک (بازیابی استهلاک)
بازیافت استهلاک، سود تحققیافته حاصل از فروش اموال سرمایهای قابل استهلاک است که باید به صورت درآمد عادی برای مقاصد مالیاتی گزارش شود. بازیافت استهلاک زمانی تعیین میشود که قیمت فروش یک دارایی از مبنای مالیاتی یا مبنای بهای تمامشده تعدیلشده آن بیشتر باشد. بنابراین، تفاوت بین این ارقام "بازیافته" میباشد و بهعنوان درآمد عادی گزارش میشود.
Depreciation Recapture
Depreciation recapture is the gain realized by the sale of depreciable capital property that must be reported as ordinary income for tax purposes. Depreciation recapture is assessed when the sale price of an asset exceeds the tax basis or adjusted cost basis. The difference between these figures is thus "recaptured" by reporting it as ordinary income.
