درآمد انتقالی (پیشدریافت درآمد، پیشدریافت عایدی)
درآمد انتقالی، که بهعنوان درآمد نامکتسب نیز شناخته میشود، به پیشپرداختهایی گفته میشود که شرکت برای محصولات یا خدماتی دریافت میکند که قرار است در آینده تحویل یا انجام شود. شرکتی که پیشپرداخت دریافت میکند، این مبلغ را بهعنوان درآمد انتقالی، یک بدهی، در ترازنامه ثبت میکند.
Deferred Revenue
Deferred revenue, also known as unearned revenue, refers to advance payments a company receives for products or services that are to be delivered or performed in the future. The company that receives the prepayment records the amount as deferred revenue, a liability, on its balance sheet.
