درخت تصمیمگیری، یک ابزار پشتیبانی تصمیمگیری است که در آن از یک مدل درختمانند برای تصمیمها و پیامدهای احتمالی آنها از جمله نتایج رویدادهای تصادفی، هزینههای منابع و مطلوبیت استفاده میشود. این یک روش برای نمایش الگوریتمی است که فقط جملههای کنترلی شرطی را شامل میشود.
