اعلامیه بدهکار، سندی است که فروشنده برای اطلاع خریدار از تعهدات بدهی جاری از آن استفاده میکند، یا سندی است که خریدار هنگام بازگرداندن کالاهای دریافت شده اعتباری، آن را تهیه میکند.
