حقوق ارزش احتمالی (CVR)
حقوق ارزش احتمالی، حقوقی است که سهامداران یک شرکت در موقع تجدید ساختار شرکت یا خرید یکجای سهام آن، اغلب از آن بهرهمند میشوند. این حقوق تضمین میکند که سهامداران در صورت وقوع یک رویداد خاص، بهطور معمول و در بازه زمانی معین، از مزایایی ویژهای برخوردار میشوند.
Contingent Value Rights (CVR)
Shareholders of a company facing a restructuring or a buyout may often receive contingent value rights (CVRs). These rights ensure that the shareholders get certain benefits if a specific event occurs, usually within a specified time frame.
