سهام عادی، اوراق بهاداری است که مالکیت در یک شرکت را نشان میدهد. دارندگان سهام عادی هیئت مدیره را انتخاب میکنند و به سیاستهای شرکت رای میدهند. این شکل از مالکیت حقوق صاحبان سهام، بهطور معمول در بلندمدت نرخ بازده بالاتری را به همراه دارد.
