هشدار به خریدار (اخطار به خریدار، خرید بهشرط امتحان)
هشدار به خریدار، عبارتی برگرفته از لاتین است که معادل آن در زبان انگلیسی تقریبا به معنی "مشتری باید آگاه شود" میشود. این یک اصل قانونی قرارداد در بسیاری از کشورها است که مشتری باید قبل از خرید، کالا را مورد بررسی دقیق (ارزیابی موشکافانه) قرار دهد.

Caveat emptor is a Latin phrase that can be roughly translated in English to "let the buyer beware. In many jurisdictions, it is the contract law principle that places the onus on the buyer to perform due diligence before making a purchase.
