جریان نقدی (جریان وجوه نقد، گردش وجوه نقد)
جریان نقدی، مقدار خالص وجوه نقد و معادلهای آن است که به داخل و خارج از یک کسبوکار انتقال یافته است. در اساسیترین سطح، توانایی یک شرکت در خلق ارزش برای سهامداران از طریق توانایی این شرکت در ایجاد جریانهای نقدی مثبت یا دقیقتر، به حداکثر رساندن گردش آزاد وجوه نقد بلندمدت، تعیین میشود.
Cash Flow
Cash flow is the net amount of cash and cash-equivalents being transferred into and out of a business. At the most fundamental level, a company’s ability to create value for shareholders is determined by its ability to generate positive cash flows, or more specifically, maximize long-term free cash flow (FCF).
