کارگزار- فروشنده (B-D)
کارگزار- فروشنده، شخص یا شرکتی است که در کسبوکار خرید و فروش اوراق بهادار است و برای خود و مشتریان نیز، از طرف آنها، اوراق بهادار خرید و فروش میکند. اصطلاح کارگزار- فروشنده در مقررات بورسهای ایالات متحده برای دلالی سهام استفاده میشود زیرا بیشتر آنها هم به عنوان نماینده و هم سرمایهگذار اصلی عمل میکنند.

A broker-dealer (B-D) is a person or firm in the business of buying and selling securities for its own account or on behalf of its customers. The term broker-dealer is used in U.S. securities regulation parlance to describe stock brokerages because most of them act as both agents and principals.
