شکست قیمت اوراق بهادار، اشاره به زمانی است که قیمت دارایی بالای ناحیه مقاومت یا زیر ناحیه حمایت حرکت میکند. نقاط شکست نشانگر بالقوه بودن شروع روند در مسیر شکست قیمت است.
