ارزشگذاری اوراق قرضه، روشی برای تعیین ارزش منصفانه نظری اوراق قرضه خاص است. ارزیابی اوراق قرضه شامل محاسبه ارزش کنونی پرداختهای سود اوراق قرضه در آینده است که به عنوان جریان نقدی نیز شناخته میشود. این شیوه، ارزش اوراق قرضه در سررسید را محاسبه میکند که به ارزش صوری یا ارزش اسمی نیز معروف است.
