اوراق بهادار یا سهام در وجه حامل (سهام بینام)
اوراق بهادار یا سهام در وجه حامل، اوراقی است که در مالکیت کامل فرد یا نهادی است که گواهی سهام آن را بهصورت فیزیکی در اختیار دارد، بنابراین حامل سهام نام دارد.
