اظهارنظر حسابرس، گواهینامهای است که روی صورتهای مالی قرار میگیرد. این گواهینامه بر مبنای حسابرسی دستورالعملها و سوابقی تنظیم میشود که صورتهای مالی براساس آنها تهیه شدهاند و نیز شامل نظر حسابرس مبنی بر این است که آیا در صورتهای مالی ارائه نادرست مهمی از اطلاعات وجود دارد یا خیر.
Auditor's Opinion
An auditor's opinion is a certification that accompanies financial statements. It is based on an audit of the procedures and records used to produce the statements and delivers an opinion as to whether material misstatements exist in the financial statements.
