نیابت اضطراری
نیابت اضطراری، مجوزی است که به یک فرد یا نهاد اجازه میدهد زمانی که شخصی ذینفع قادر به انجام کاری نیست، از طرف وی اقدام کند. در امور مالی و سرمایهگذاری، برمبنای این مفهوم به کارگزار یا مشاور مالی، اجازه داده میشود از طرف ذینفع اقدامهای معینی را انجام دهد.
Agency by Necessity
Agency by necessity allows some person or entity to act on behalf of another when the beneficiary is unable to explicitly grant permission to do so. In finance and investing, agency by necessity gives a broker or financial advisor certain discretion to act on behalf of a client.
