پیشپرداخت مالیات شرکت سهامی، قانونی در کشور انگلستان است که براساس آن شرکتهای سهامی ملزم به پرداخت، پیشپرداخت و مالیات قبل از پرداخت سود سهام به سهامداران هستند. در نتیجه، خود سهامداران الزامی به پرداخت مالیات نخواهند داشت.
Advance Corporation Tax (ACT)
In the United Kingdom, the corporations were required to pay the advance corporation tax on dividends before they were paid to shareholders so that the shareholders themselves were not responsible for paying any taxes.
