Parity price refers to a price level that sets two assets or securities equal in value to one another. For convertible bonds, the parity price concept is used to determine when it is financially beneficial to convert a bond into shares of common stock.
If two assets are trading at parity, it can be inferred they are at the same price or value.
برابری، اشاره به سطح قیمت است که دو دارایی یا اوراق بهادار را از نظر ارزش با یکدیگر برابر تعیین می‌کنند. این مفهومی است که در چندین بازار، شامل اوراق قرضه با درآمد ثابت، سهام، کالا و اوراق قرضه قابل تبدیل، به‌کارمی‌رود. برای اوراق قرضه قابل تبدیل، مفهوم برابری قیمت برای تعیین زمانی استفاده می‌شود که تبدیل اوراق قرضه به سهام عادی از نظر مالی سودمند است.
